How refunds, cancellations, and digital service access are handled.

This Refund Policy applies to Vidlumi subscriptions operated by AD REVOLUTION LTD.
Digital Service Notice
Vidlumi provides digital software access, AI generation credits, ad research tools, and account-based services. Because access and credits can be used immediately after activation, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.
Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests after 7 days may be declined unless required by law.
Review Criteria
Refund eligibility may depend on account activation, credits consumed, usage activity, support history, technical issues, and previous refund history.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied when credits were substantially used, the account was used normally, the request is outside the refund window, or the account violated our Terms of Service.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and customer bank.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel future billing according to the subscription process provided by our payment provider. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.
