These Terms of Service govern your use of Vidlumi, operated by AD REVOLUTION LTD. By using our website or platform, you agree to these Terms.
Service Overview
Vidlumi provides subscription-based access to AI video creation, AI image generation, UGC-style content tools, Discover Ads research, product photoshoots, brand workspaces, creative analysis, and related marketing tools.
Subscription and Credits
The Creator Plan is billed monthly and includes the credits and features listed on the homepage pricing section. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
- 50 Image Credits per month.
- 80 Video Credits per month.
- 2 Voice Credits per month.
- 80 Voice Clone Credits per month.
- 1 Analysis Credit per month.
- 2 UGC Credits per month.
- 2 Fashion Photoshoot Credits per month.
- Unlimited Brands & Workspaces.
- Unlimited Product Photoshoots.
- Discover Ads / Ad Library Access.
Early Adopter Bonus
AI Ads Access and Image-to-Video Access may be offered as an Early Adopter Bonus for the first 5 customers only. These bonuses are promotional and are not part of the standard monthly plan unless stated otherwise.
Account Rules
Accounts are activated manually by invitation. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or resell your account without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Vidlumi for illegal activity, spam, misleading advertising, intellectual property infringement, fraud, malware, harassment, or harmful content.
Generated Content
You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that content generated with Vidlumi is accurate, lawful, and suitable for your use. AI-generated outputs may require human review.
Third-Party Technology
Vidlumi is a white-label AI marketing platform powered by licensed third-party technologies and infrastructure partners. Availability and specific features may depend on those providers.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or activity that creates risk for Vidlumi, users, or providers.
